The Ohio driver s permit test consists of 2 sections: motor vehicle laws and traffic signals. The section regarding motor vehicle laws will test your knowledge about speeding laws, emergency driving conditions, parking situations, crosswalks, intersections, pedestrians and more. The section regarding traffic signals will cover railroads, traffic lights, construction signs, road work signs and much more.

How many questions are there on the Ohio permit test.

There are 2 sections on the permit test consisting of 20 questions each. That means that the Ohio permit test has a total of 40 questions. You must get 15 questions or 75 correct from each section.
